      客服團隊會協助您選擇款式及報價。
      請提供所需款式用途、活動日期時間及地點，以便我們盡快為您報價及安排訂製服務。
 

Q2：需要多久前預訂？
A：一般建議提前 5 個工作天 預約；如屬大型佈置、節日主題或客製款式，建議提前 兩星期至一個月。
      臨時訂單我們亦會盡力協助安排。
 

Q3：接受哪些付款方式？
A：我們接受 銀行轉帳、FPS、PayMe。確認訂單後，需預付訂金或全額付款以確保檔期。

Q4：可以自訂顏色或主題嗎？
A：當然可以。我們所有設計均可依照品牌顏色、活動主題或個人喜好調整，
      亦可加入公司 Logo 或標語，打造獨一無二的氣球作品。

A：視乎擺放地點及環境而定，一般室內氣球可維持 3–7 日以上；
      戶外則視天氣狀況而定。氦氣球一般約可維持 8 小時至一星期，視乎款式而不同。
      我們使用高品質環保乳膠氣球，確保顏色飽滿、質感持久。
 

Q6：氣球會容易爆嗎？
A：我們採用專業進口氣球及穩固結構設計，正常情況下不易爆裂。
      但應避免直接陽光照射；日曬、高溫、溫差大、潮濕或強風沙環境都會影響氣球壽命，敬請留意。

A：如非八號風球或黑雨警告，我們會照常送貨。
      若送貨當日懸掛 八號風球／黑雨訊號，我們會於訊號除下後 2–4 小時內 送貨，
      或改至翌日，視乎客人意願及我們的排程情況而定。
      如需改期，請儘早通知以便安排。

 

Q15：氣球是否環保？
A：我們使用通過環保認證的 天然乳膠氣球，材質可自然分解，並提倡「理性使用，環保慶祝」的理念。

Q14: What happens during severe weather?
A: For deliveries under Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm,
     we will deliver within 2–4 hours after the warning is lifted, or the next day,
     depending on schedule and customer preference.
     Deliveries will proceed as normal under lower signals.
     As delivery slots are pre-scheduled, last-minute rescheduling may cause delays
     — we appreciate your understanding.

 

Q15: Are your balloons environmentally friendly?
A: Yes. We use natural latex balloons certified for environmental safety.
     They are biodegradable, and we promote the idea of eco-conscious celebrations.
